Dr. Noelle Nelson

Norman Seeff, at 85, continues to share the wealth of his knowledge through his online and live workshops called “The Power and The Passion to Create.” His workshops are the result of photo sessions Norman has conducted with such creative artists as Ray Charles, the Carpenters, Joni Mitchell, Guthrie Thomas, Kiss, Steve Jobs, Steve Martin, John Huston, Martin Scorsese, Billy Wilder, Bob Fosse, will.i.am, Tina Turner, Alicia Keys, Francis Crick, and the list goes on.

Originally from South Africa, Norman was the youngest player to be drafted in the South African Soccer League when he was only 17. He went on to train as a medical doctor, practicing emergency medicine in Soweto for 3 years before eventually coming to the United States, where his passion for photography began. That led to his delving into graphic design and the production of album covers, then to film-making and producing commercials. Who knows what this astonishingly creative individual will turn his attention to next?
